Senior Merchant Service Executive (Sales & Marketing)
Work Location : Sibu (Sarawak)
Responsibilities:- Responsible to coordinate an effective information & communication flows to merchants.
- Performing merchant’s performance evaluation.
- Initiate & negotiate with merchants to organize in house promotion & program.
- Responsible for area sales monitoring & analysis.
- Analysis, identify and recruit new potential merchant.
- Evaluation and monitoring merchant performance.
- Update market information to HQ and Merchant.
- Evaluation and ensuring effectiveness of subordinate’s performance.
- Degree holder preferably in Marketing or related discipline.
- Experience in hire purchase and corporate/business loan.
- Aggressive & result oriented.
- Obtain strong communication & customer service skills.
- Communication skills to communicate well to target audience.
- Speaking skills to speak in an organized way in English and Malay Language. Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Communicate effectively to various groups of people and possess a pleasant personality.
- Possess own transport and willing to traveling.
