*Perform 1st level and 2md level troubleshoot on networking inside office or customer place when required.
*Handle customer network problem which escalated from customer service/superior via email/sms/phone call.
*Configuration of router, network switches and devices.
*Maintenance of point of presence including cleanliness of the premise.
*Produce weekly/monthly reports such as network checking list and submit to Superior.
*Perform Internal audit of network equipment and produce internal audit report.
*To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by the CEO form time to time.
Requirements
*Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in engineering (computer, Telecommunication) or equivalent
*Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
*Applicant must willing to work in Sibu, Sarawak.
*Candidate must have own transport, preferably motorcycle.
*Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
