We are a fast expanding developer with exciting projects in Sarawak. Exciting opportunities, especially for those willing to relocate to Sarawak based in SIBU.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Property Development Team in the following roles:
Sales Executive
Sibu (Sarawak) - Sibu
Responsibilities:
  • To attend to all walk-in customer to attend/brief on Company's projects offering.
  • Closing deals successfully, and to compile and update sales report on a daily basis.
  • To bring customer to project site (if necessary).
  • Actively source and meet potential customers for sales closure.
  • To assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Degree, preferably in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year  experience in sale, preferably in property development or real estate
  • Good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and team player
  • Street savvy, independent and a Go-Getter attitude capable of setting a high performance sales result
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and local dialect would be an advantage
Remunerations comparable or better than KL rates.
