Performing merchant’s performance evaluation. Initiate & negotiate with merchants to organize in house promotion & program. Responsible for area sales monitoring & analysis. Analysis, identify and recruit new potential merchant. Evaluation and monitoring merchant performance. Update market information to HQ and Merchant. Evaluation and ensuring effectiveness of subordinate’s performance. Requirements: Degree holder preferably in Marketing or related discipline. Experience in hire purchase and corporate/business loan. Aggressive & result oriented. Obtain strong communication & customer service skills. Communication skills to communicate well to target audience. Speaking skills to speak in an organized way in English and Malay Language. Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage. Communicate effectively to various groups of people and possess a pleasant personality. Possess own transport and willing to traveling.
